Komposo provides an AI-powered UI design and code generation platform that enables users to:
- Clone and replicate website and web app user interfaces from images or screenshots
- Generate production-ready HTML, CSS, and React code from visual designs
- Use a visual builder to customize designs with AI-powered prompts
- Export code in multiple formats and frameworks
- Create, save, and manage design projects
- Share projects with collaborators or publicly
2.2 Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with reasonable notice.
2.3 Beta Features
Some features may be marked as “beta” or “experimental.” These features are provided as-is and may change or be discontinued without notice.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Rights
Komposo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Generated Code and Projects
All code, designs, and projects you create through Komposo are owned by youwith no restrictions on commercial use. You have full rights to use, modify, and distribute the generated code.
We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data from your usage patterns to improve our AI models and services. We do not use your specific code or designs for any other purpose without your consent.
5.3 User-Uploaded Content
You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to upload any images, screenshots, or content to our service. You are responsible for ensuring your uploads do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
6. Payment and Subscription Terms
6.1 Billing
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
6.2 Free Trials
- Free trials may be offered for a limited time (typically 7 days)
- You will not be charged during the trial period
- Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges
- After the trial ends, your subscription automatically begins unless cancelled
- One trial per user; additional trials require approval
6.3 Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you have not extensively used the service
- No refunds for partial subscription periods after the 14-day window

6.4 Payment Failures
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after grace period
- We will attempt to notify you via email before suspension
- Your data will be preserved for 30 days after suspension
7. Fair Use and Rate Limits
To ensure fair access for all users and maintain service quality, we implement reasonable usage limits:
- Rate limits on API requests and AI generation calls
- Limits on project creation and storage based on subscription tier
- File size limits for image uploads
- Export frequency limitations for free tier users
We reserve the right to suspend or throttle accounts that significantly exceed normal usage patterns or attempt to abuse the service. Paid users receive higher limits.
8. Limitation of Liability
Komposo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or generated code
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Errors or inaccuracies in generated code
- Any damages from code deployed to production
You are responsible for testing and validating any code before production use.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination:
- Your access to the service will be revoked
- Your data will be retained for 30 days for potential account recovery
- After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted
- No refunds will be provided for time remaining on subscriptions terminated for cause
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Komposo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
